Here are a couple of examples of earring set ups. The post earrings are propped up by wires under the shooting surface. The coil in the middle of the earrings is to show what the support looks like underneath the shooting surface. The support should be completely hidden in the final shot (top left).The blue hanging pair is suspended from a wire (weighted down). I "cheated" in the finished picture (top right) by digitally removing the wire bar.
